Elevation connectors

This sample showcases the elevation layer connectors:

• SingleImageElevationLayer : single Image, can be a specific area
• WMSElevationLayer : legacy but free providers still active
• XYZElevationLayer : any custom XYZ based elevation tiles ( mapzen, mapbox, ...).
